Install & Run

Quick install

One-time setup: Google Cloud project (~2 min)
  1. Create project: console.cloud.google.com/projectcreate
  2. Enable APIs: Drive API, Photos Picker API
  3. Create Credentials → OAuth client ID (Desktop app)
  4. Download JSON → save as ~/.spillover/client_secret.json
Note: in testing mode Google expires the login every ~7 days — re-run spillover auth reconnect --alias <name> or hit Reconnect in the web UI.
Run the app 
# Open local web UI at 127.0.0.1:8741
spillover ui

# Demo mode (no sign-in needed)
spillover ui --demo

# Pick your own port
spillover ui --port 9000 --no-browser
